Surfing on the net, you will notice that
most of the pageant fans are not very happy with this year's result
- the back-to-back wins for Venezuela!

Stefanía Fernández, the history maker in Miss Universe
is continuously blaming by the pageant fans,
claiming that she should not win the crown!

What MGSO think is -- Stefanía is the true winner!

We really dont understand why people are so mean to this new queen,
What's the point of a beauty contest?
TO SELECT A BEAUTY!
and finally we have it, Miss Stefanía is so stunning!
why you still need to complain?

I know that people might think the crown should go to
Miss Dominican Republic or Miss Australia,
we hope so, our bet is on Australia,
but beauty is on the eyes of the beholder,
and dont forget this is a contest,
what we pray for day and night is
- hope the panel pick a true beauty to take the crown,
remember the nightmare in Miss teen USA 2009?
Stormi is not a beauty...

And this time, all of the top 5 in Miss Universe are so stunning
honestly, we are so fine with any of them win the title
So why people still yelling around?
we should proud of these top 5!!
we understand people feel sad because their favorite lost,
but this time the result is quite reasonable,
they are not picking Turks and Caicos over Dominican!!

Honestly we think that Stefanía is much more
stunning than last year's winner Dayana!

Well, the only flaw of this year's competition is
Czech Republic, Switzerland and Iceland
could make it in the top 15,
Czech Republic looks like 40 years old,
Switzerland's face is yuck,
Iceland is mature like a mom!!!
apart from that,
we are quite satisfied with this year's Top 15,
they are all our favorites,
and half of our hotpicks even make it a great place!

Anyway we hope that Stefanía can enjoy her reigning period,
Work it out to the haters!

Miss Hong Kong 2009

(Mizuni Hung / 2nd RU ; Sandy Lau / Winner ; Germaine Li / 1st RU)

Well... every year the judges would not
pick the deserved top 3 for Miss Hong Kong,
when the winner is gorgeous, the RUs sucked,
When the RUs outstanding, the winner looks cheap,
so does this year....

This year's winner Sandy,
as we said before is a cocky girl, MGSO dont like her attitude,
we dont know why she can take the crown?!
she got intelligent? Not much,
she got a good body? NO, she's the shortest,
she is pretty as hell? no no, pedestrian looking....

So what the heck she can defeated the other girls?
who knows?
the only reason to justify is: she got luck!

In MGSO's opinion, the runner-ups are
much more gorgeous than her!

Especially Mizuni, she's brilliant and intelligient,
we were shocked that she only made it a 3rd place...

We see a point that Germaine be a 1st RU,
because she really got a nice personality,
and her performance at the final was great.

i am start worrying about Hong Kong in Miss world,
because there's rumor that Sandy would represent HK,
which is a 100% lose battle.

If i were TVB, i would use back the old strategy,
send 1st RU to Miss World,
and 2nd RU to Miss International
i think it will be better for this year's situation at least.
Anyway Let's see what they would do.

Miss Hong Kong 2009 Hot Picks by MGSO

MGSO finally pick the Top girls in this year Miss Hong Kong!

(3) Grace's face is so fresh and cute,
so MGSO predict that she must get a spot in Top3

(8) Mizuni is not a typical beauty, but got an unique look,
according to the history,
this type of girls got a higher chance to take the crown

(5) Winnie is downgrading throughout the months,
however she is a beauty so she may be landed in the top 3

(6) Carly was awarded Miss Tourism Ambassador previously,
and was try on the crown in the rehearsal,
according to the history,
she has a lower chance to be the winner (such a curse...)
so if she can make it to the top 3, she must have a good luck

MGSO is so hard to make the final decision,
our vote is between Mizuni and Grace,
beauty-wise we will pick Grace a winner,
but intelligent-wise the crown should go to Mizuni...

Anyway Let's see the result tomorrow!

Well, every pageant has dark horses, so does Miss Hong Kong!
this year we think the above 4 ladies
may break the traditional beauty rule, and get a place in the top 3...

(4) Sandy is a cocky girl,
and we dont think the judges would like her attitude,
but who knows? maybe she will be the winner??

(10) Germaine is definitely a dark horse,
without the stunning look, what she got is her nice personality,
she may make the judges think that she's the winner!!

(9) Candy got an advantage,
because she was nominated by a famous artist,
Most of the judges are friends with Sandra Ng (who nominate her),
so maybe she can make it in the top 3??

(2) Esther is a legend,
she is one of the "ugliest" contestant this year,
normally people would not accept such girl to be crowned,
however, recently people want to see her victory!
We also think that the judges would make her in the Top 3
in order to make the contest look more "Justice & Fair"!

MGSO finally picked the Top 15 of this year's Miss Universe
Hope these 15 absolute beauties can achieve good result
on 23rd August 2009

Also, we strongly hope that Miss Australia
could be named Miss Universe 2009

Miss "Nightmare" Teen USA 2009

Miss Teen USA 2009 is a NIGHTMARE!!
MGSO cannot believe that Miss Tennessee Teen USA - Stormi Henley
could take the crown, win the title....
OVER
other fierce and gorgeous girls....
like Maryland, Carlifornia, Washington & Kentucky!!!

How come a beauty contest would let a girl like this to win?
Well, we know that some of you might think that
her performance in the Q&A session is brilliant,
Yes, MGSO think so.

However, to win in a beauty contest,
the first priority is --- YOU need to be a BEAUTY!!!
and we cannot see this point in Miss Henley...
we can accept her to make it into the Top 5,
we can accept her becoming the 1st runner up,
but to becoming a Miss Teen USA, the winner,
she's lacking the beauty element...

So MGSO is so disappointed in this result....
and doubt that the judges' taste and vision!

We strongly hope that this will not happen again
in the Miss Universe Pageant 2009...

Please let the deserved beauty win!!
We need Brain and Beauty, not just either one!

On the other hand,
MGSO still happy to see that half of our hotpicks
can make it into the top 15 as we expected.

And 4 of them can even make it into the Top 5!
what a great result!
Yes we have GOOD EYES on beauties~

But unluckily, Washington & Kentucky
cannot make it into the top 5,
honestly they have what it takes to replace
Georgia & Tennessee...

Since we are not happy with the result,
now MGSO would make our own top 15,
