VATICAN CITY TO HOST THE 2012 MISS GRAND SLAM PAGEANT

May 19, 2012 - Maya Bluebell, President, Miss Grand Slam Organization, announced today that the 4th Annual MISS GRAND SLAM Competition will held in Vatican City. The glamorous event, featuring some of the world's most beautiful women, will take place at St. Peter's Basilica on Tuesday, December 25th this winter.

American native Alyssa Campanella, Miss Grand Slam 2011, will crown her successor at the end of this event.

Each contestant from more than 110 countries around the world will be judged in three categories: swimsuit, evening gown and top model potential as they vie for the coveted title of Miss Grand Slam 2012.

Svetlana Stepankovskaya (Miss Russia 2009) will serve as Executive Producer for MISS GRAND SLAM 2012.

Grand Slam Year 2011 - the BIG 4

Before we move on to Miss Grand Slam 2012,

Let's review the results of last year's BIG 4 pageants,

we would like to share our thoughts on the 2011 Big 4 winners:

Miss Universe - Leila Lopes

MGSO loves to see a black pearl to be crowned as

the new Miss Universe,

because it's quite bored that Latina wins it again and again,

although Leila is not that kind of extraordinary beauty,

and MGSO wants to see Olesya Stefanko to take that crown,

she does proved to the world that

African can also win this gorgeous title.

May Leila has a fabulous reign

and we do see her improvement so far.

Miss World - Ivian Sarcos

We love Ivian when she was participated in Miss Venezuela 2010,

however she seems lost her sparkle during Miss World 2011,

and we are quite shocked that she could win the title as

Ms. Morley is always prefer natural beauty rather than Pageant Diva.

Anyway we are fine with the result,

at least we are not having another "Kaiane the creature"!

Miss International - Fernanda Cornejo

After selected several gorgeous queens,

we are finally questioned the result of Miss International.

Although we agree that Fernanda is a beauty,

she doesn't deserved the crown at all.

First, there are many stunners in the batch,

beauty-wise she is not the best,

figure-wise, she is also a bit chubby.

How can she wins over Panama, Mongolia, Puerto Rico?

Miss Earth - Olga Alava

We are quite surprised that dark horse Olga can bagged the crown,

and the Top 16 is quite messy and unbelievable.

In our opinion, Olga should stop at Top 3,

1st place should reserved to Japan, Czech Republic, or Mexico.

Right now Miss Earth is going down hill again.

Wish we can have a real stunning winner next year!

After a long competition, Miss Grand Slam 2011 is...

Alyssa Campanella

Miss Universe USA!!!

Alyssa beat down over 574 girls around the world this year

in order to achieve this prestigious title!

It is not easy for her to be named

the most gorgeous Miss in 2011,

because her runner-up Olesya is a real contender,

47% of judges think that the crown should be given to Miss Ukraine,

however with a total of 1531 points, Alyssa finally bagged the title!

We do believe what makes Alyssa win

is her ferocious red hair, undeniable breathe-taking face,

lovely personality, never-give-up spirit,

and her exceptional performance in Miss USA.

Congrats! Alyssa, MGSO's brand new Miss Grand Slam!
